Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Centauros you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the platform.
Service description
Centauros is a tool to define payment policies, automate payments and reminders, generate invoices and manage late payments. We act as a technology platform; we are not a party to the commercial relationship between you and your clients.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is considered to be performed by you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Centauros lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or using the platform for fraudulent or unauthorised activities.
Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe and subject to its terms. You are responsible for the relationship with your clients, the legality of your charges and your tax obligations.
Invoicing
Centauros helps generate invoices, but responsibility for their content, accuracy and legal compliance lies with the professional who issues them.
Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, design and software are owned by Centauros. These terms grant you no rights over them beyond using the service.
Availability and liability
Centauros is provided 'as is'. We work to ensure its availability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor do we assume losses arising from misuse.
Cancellation and changes
You can close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We may update them and will notify relevant changes with the date.
